Mr. Wu is an international financier, entrepreneur and philanthropist with over 27 years of experience in investment banking, private equity and corporate management. Since co-founded AID Partners in 2007, Wu has been the group’s Chairman and Principal Partners. Wu also co-founded Everest Venture Group, a digital asset investment studio and Huntmobi Group, a digital advertising consultant. He is currently the Chief Overseas Strategic Officer of REMOW, a Shueisha group company in anime production and distribution. Kelvin is also a shareholder and the Asian Representative of ABG Advisory, a global business and financial advisory firm, acquired from the former British PM, Tony Blair.

 

Wu has extensive experience in corporate strategy and turnaround. He was the CEO of Orange Sky Golden Harvest (HKSE: 1132) and Legendary East (Chinese subsidiary of Hollywood’s Legendary Pictures), Director of Shunwei Capital Partners in China, HMV Digital China Group, Hyakusen Renma (Japan Agriculture’s designated farmstate partner) and Brave Entertainment (a K-Pop creative company). Prior to founding AID, Wu had served as the President of Investec Asia, Managing Director of China Everbright Capital and COO of Sega Network (Asia).

 

Wu engages in multiple charity and education endeavors. He co-founded i-Future Teens International Foundation (renamed Lighthouse Foundation, an education charity for children from low-income families), funded the startup incubation center in The Chinese University of Hong Kong, served on the board of governors of ChuHai College and endowed and lectured the Global Entrepreneurship Course in Waseda University.

 

Mr. Wu received his bachelor degree majored in business administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He also has a post graduate research diploma from Osaka University, Japan. He completed an executive course from Harvard Medical School and obtained 8 certificates in Harvard Medical School Professional programs.

Ms. Kelly Li is the founder and CEO of Hokkaido KoL K.K., a real estate development and hotel management group headquartered in Niseko Hokkaido. Ms. Li is also the director and vice-chairman at Hyakusen Renma.

Aside from funding the Hokkaido KoL, Ms. Li is the founder of the HMV Cultural F&B Group, a food and beverage group, which is jointly owned by Hainan Airline Group. Ms. Li is primarily responsible for the overall corporate strategies and management of the group as well as overseeing the overall operations of the group.

She has accumulated extensive experience in F&B management and investment through her work experience in different business segments in Asia and Europe.

She served as the CEO and director of Watami China Food and Beverage Company. She is the Venture Partner at AID Partners, a Hong Kong-based international private equity firm.
